CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY: If you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, you must provide 24-hours notice to allow us to open the space for another patient. If you do not provide 24-hours notice, or if an appointment is missed, the full treatment fee will be charged. Cancellation charges cannot be billed through extended health benefits.
